If Topps thinks about answering after several weeks, you will realize that pictures are no longer useful. I had cards that were missing more than 2 mm on the right edge, compared to cards from the same collection. Completely badly cut and proven with comparison photos
In response, I received a reference to the FAQs where it says that damaged cards must be sent in now. At the collector's expense, of course. If Topps determines that the cards would be graded less than 8, they will replace them.
Here, too, Topps has started to hide behind an additional clause in order to make complaints as difficult as possible for collectors. What simple collector can assess the grading of cards?
Anyone planning an order to be delivered by TOPPS UK (UK, ES, FR, IT Shop) should be aware of this new development. The German customer service is a welcome exception, with response times of a maximum of 1 day and reasonable answers.
