Hi guys.
First of all, this is not meant to label a country as bad or the people there being awful persons.
After getting another non-received eBay claim from a person living in a country I'm tired to send and getting non-received claims (false or not), I will, for the first time, block buyers from that country... Or at least, making them pay registered shipping.
I know I'm not alone with these bad experiences, so I would like to know what countries you have more problems with... My top 3 is very simple and all have +/- the same problems for me: Brazil, Mexico & Greece.
The worst problems I had was actually not from any of those 3 countries, but from a very known one: United Kingdom... But when comparing non-received claims ratio, UK is probably 1 or 2%, while my top 3 is probably 10x higher.
EDIT: Ok, I'm tired of this bullshit... Now another idiot opens a case for not received item... And I was so dumb that I didn't realize it was the SAME fuckin' guy who bought from me with two different accounts... This is tooooo suspicious and I've never been wrong about these situations.
So screw this, you all need to be on alert for this guy: mexbuyer95 & ricma.16 are both usernames he used to buy from me, but surely he has others... But all probably have the same paypal address and I'll not give it away, but will tell his name, which is similar to the PP address: Julian Valdés, from Mexico... Don't check by the address, because he uses different names to receive the letters, check by the "Buyer" in your paypal purchase mail.
Mexico is definitely out for me, too much scammers for my taste... Sorry mexican fellows who are good people, but as you know, the righteous pays for the sinner... this was not the only one.
