He's not asking for transportation company, obviously he knows them... what he asks is whether there is a forwarding package service in Brazil that can receive in a dummy brazilian address and then forwards to his german address.

Also you need not only an address from Brazil but also a billing information including a CPF.

Definitely a problem then, I know it's the same in Switzerland... but I don't think that applies to Paypal or any other online payment... I'm guessing Panini Brazil does accept those kind of payments, like european branches do.

Nonetheless, it's better to have someone very reliable there... Personally, I had many issues with south american deals (ebay selling problems), to the point where I had to just buy/sell within Europe.

No PayPal in Panini Brazil. And since the last years the credit cards from other countries don't work.
