Last year Topps had problems with rights that delayed release a lot. Considering group stages will be ended in the first days of November for Wc in Qatar, they are obliged to release the collection much earlier. Maybe at the end of september as the first year of Topps with Champions? Middle october like Panini? We will see, however it is normal to see these photos in August. Missing a month or so

Playoffs for last qualified teams will be quicker this season too, so I suppose we can expect a much quicker release for sure (and they surely want to compete as much as possible with Panini's World Cup album)... August 23rd is the last playoff, so I'd say last two weeks of September is good enough for Topps to do a proper job.

Yes, I agree. I think they are already at a good point with the album and the graphics .. maybe a problem could be the damn transfer market which closes on August 31st ..

Last season's album was good. I hope they follow it up with another good one. I think Topps will have already sorted out the layout for the album, and it's contents, and all that is left now will be where the teams go when the draw is made. I would say it will be released mid September :)

Last year's album maybe is one of my favorites. Recently I received the last Live Stickers Update.

I hope this new season they could give us a better paper quality.

Looks like I will be busier with both of them, then there's the Scottish one I might do too

I took the live section out of my album, so hopefully I can do that again this year if it's there. Having all the teams
in it was good enough for me. A few of the pages were ripped at the top of my album when I 1st bought it, but I
managed to fix them with tape. So hopefully the paper and the page cutting quality will be better as well.

In the write up, they mention that Ronaldo will be in the collection. Surely that must be a typo as Man U are not in this year's Champions League? Unless, there is a legends section?

I would love to know the full contents of this collection. How many player stickers for each team, what they look like and which Tottenham players will be featured?

They will probably replace the finals poster section with something. They did a legends section on the Scottish collection, so they could do that with this year's CL, and have it in the back instead of the front. I think they will stick to the same amount of players as last year, so you would expect to see Kane, Son, Perisic & Lloris etc in the Spurs spread.

It's about time they do something around legendary players or notorious goals... last year album was nice overall, but the posters were a blatant copy/paste from Topps first season.

There were 14 players there, but 2 were just prints and not stickers. You also had the rising star and the hotshot which were bigger stickers. I hope they put the logos in with the teams instead of them being in separate sections.

I'm sure they will be removed this year and replaced with what you have mentioned, or possibly all the past winners from the years before. We might see some leaks after the end of the qualifiers next week. I enjoyed doing that album, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they do this season.
