Does anyone have any experience with Solve Collectibles (from Leeds, UK)? I placed an order for deliverable products on Monday of the last week. To this day I am still waiting for the items to be shipped. There is no reply to emails or other information. There was also no response to the chat on the website at first, only when I mentioned the opening of a PayPal case, when I still don't get an answer.

Then came a couple of excuses about having a backlog and the promise to ship on last Thursday. Unfortunately nothing has happened since then.

They do a great marketing with their contests and giveaways to attract customers, but behind the scenes the bunch seems far from what they promise.

Saw some youtuber always advertising it, but never had the curiosity to check it.

Open a Paypal case, if that doesn't make them speed up things, nothing will.

Using the big YouTube channels is undoubtedly part of their good marketing strategy (they are actively looking for influencers). I'm pretty sure that few of the YouTubers who advertise this have ever ordered anything there.

Open a Paypal case, if that doesn't make them speed up things, nothing will.

This is probably the only viable option when they are unresponsive to other attempts to communicate.

Got my money back, but had to put up with a torrent of excuses again

The excuse for everything there is apparently that the emails sent never reach the recipient. You can also see it on their Facebook page. Whenever someone complains about something, an e-mail was supposedly written, but it miraculously failed to reach the recipient.

And the tracking number that they have given for my allegedly sent items now, after the opening of the PayPal case, was also - what a coincidence - not found in the Royal Mail system.

To be honest, that's too many coincidences for me at once.

So I can only recommend everyone to avoid this shop, even if they attract with attractive competitions and giveaways.

So many scammers nowadays trying to take advantage of the inflated prices of Sports/Footy cards by selling to products they don't actually have in stock.

I know the Youtuber who advertises them very well. I don't think he's being used to drum up their sales.

Maybe you should point out to him what kind of shop he is advertising ... But why should he care. For him it brings money and no problems. And the kids will still adore him. The parents are the ones who have to deal with all the trouble

I wish you all the best for your order! Maybe they had just enough of the stickers in stock for you to get yours. But if you look at their Facebook stream, the complaints increase. On the one hand from people who are waiting for their orders (without getting feedback or status updates), but also from winners of the big advertised competitions who do not receive their prizes.

I bought Panini premier league 2021 products. I know people in Spain that no had problems with this page. In 10 days they had the products at home..

I usually give everyone another chance because things can always go wrong. But you should be honest with it. Someone who, as a retailer, stall his customers so brazenly and obviously lie to them doesn't deserve another chance for the time being. But that's just my humble opinion.

Nevertheless, I wish everyone the best of luck with their orders there.

I have made an order from Solve Collectibles and no one seems to answer me, and my order was supposed to arrive a long time ago? Someone else having this problem? Feeling scammed

I know many Israeli's ordered from them and were satisfied with their fast delivery, but it was last season of cards.
