Selling on eBay

Hello,

I would like to know yours opinion, about selling stickers, packets, etc. on eBay, via normal letters? Is it carefully? I have some deals on eBay. I was selling some albums few years ago, but once I sent by normal letter, albums for 150EUR, and the guy from Italy, has opened a case on PayPal. I've been blocked for few months, my money was frozen.
Now I have thousands of doubles to sell for 0,15/0,2 EUR each. It's not fine, to sell stickers for cheap prices, and taking 3/4 EUR for tracking one. And what's your experience with PayPal, as a seller?

Feel, free to write!

My experience is: always send registered! A little bit of money on top of the deal, but much more security both for the buyer and the seller. If the buyer wants to save on postage, the buyer must explicitly declare so in the email exchange (this is written evidence when there is an open case), and before you send the letter, you can take a picture of the stamped envelope (yes, it is a little extra effort, but excellent evidence if something pops up). And it does not matter whether you sell something for cents or for hundreds of euros. If the buyer has a tool (opening a case) that can make your life a nightmare (as it happened to you, unfortunately), you'd better be prepared ;)

Yes, I want to keep some money, and I was sending by unregistered parcels. I was selling mainly to trusted collectors, and I didn't have any problems with Poland Post. I was to stupid, to send 5 albums, for 100EUR, by unregistered parcel to Italy. And yes, my life was real nightmare, due my money was waiting me over month. The user was from Italy. Then, I understood to send only by registered, without seeing, what I am sending. Next one problem, was with guy from Russia. I send well protected cards to Russia, and all the cards were bended. Again I had to send money back.
