Where do I start with this wonderful collection?

Arguably the best football card collection Panini ever made with their Prizm technology.

I have finally managed to finish the 411 card set this week and will share the pictures of every sub-set and team.
Also, I found the binders in Sweden and next week I will be getting 2 of them.

Firstly, lets take a look at the first 8 teams base cards.

They are as follows : Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bosina, Holland, Cameroon & Chile.

Please feel free to ask question, I will try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Sorry if some of the pictures are not 100% perfect am not a pro photographer, just using my ipod.

Cheers.IMG_0094.JPG IMG_0095.JPG IMG_0096.JPG IMG_0097.JPG IMG_0098.JPG IMG_0099.JPG IMG_0100.JPG IMG_0101.JPG IMG_0102.JPG

Aerial Assault is a small 5 card sub-set that represents a header or a volley.

Team line up is one of my favourite sub-set as I like to see teams in their kit and its a challenge for me to guess the player names.

Next one is the 49 sub-set of Star players. The most intriguing part of it is the 9 Legend cards which includes Pele & Kempes among others. Truly magnificent idea that.

The posters of each hosting city for a total of 12. Some lovely art work on some of them.

Great Card mate! ;) What a legend, it will be always our "King" :)
My dad & mum saw him in World Cup 1966 in England. Portugal played in Liverpool(where I was born) at Goodison Park(Everton ground). They played Brazil, won 3-1 and he scored 2 goals.
They said he was amazing. I was only born in 69 so videos is all I have of the great players like him, Pele, Puskas & Di Stefano.

Your dad and mom were very lucky in watching him live ;) I wish we had that opportunity :p That World Cup, it had the best comeback in the history in my opinion! Portugal losing 3-0 to North Korea at 25 minutes and then the King showed up , scored 4 goals and we won 5-3 :)

I got a few questions regarding the Prizm Hobby box. It´s said that each box contains 8 parallels.

What does it mean exactly? Does it mean that there are 136/144 base cards/base inserts included per box? And is it f.e. possible that one box contains only parallels with mixed colours and not even one numbered plain Prizm card? And how about the autograph cards? Has someone experiences if there are boxes that did´t not even contain one single autograph card?

Thanks in advance

Maybe someone can give you a more exact answer, because I have never opened a box of these cards. But you are guaranteed 8 prism parallel from these kind:

- Base Prizms
- Red, White, and Blue Multi-Color Prizms
- Yellow & Red Multi-Color Prizms
- Blue & Red Multi-Color Prizms
- Blue Prizms (#'d to 199 or less)
- Red Prizms (#'d to 149 or less)
- Purple Prizms (#'d to 99 or less)
- Green Crystal Prizms (#'d to 25 or less)
- Gold Prizms (#'d to 10 or less)
- Gold Power Prizms (#'d to 5 or less)
- Black Prizms (#'d to 1)

I guess that means, that it is possible to get a hobby box without any numbered card.

There is no guarantee on autographs. Getting a box without a auto is normal.

You can check out youtube. There is a lot of case breaks you can watch to get a better look on the boxes.

Thanks for information. I just watched two unboxing videos.

Only one autograph (Forlan) in two boxes and no numbered cards had a lower number than #199 (blue Prizms).

Probably better to spare these boxes and keep concentrated on single cards.
