Something which us UK collectors, have been wanting a while, a book showcasing early Panini UK Football Collections.

Bit pricey, lets hope it comes down, near the release date

Whopping 592.

"A football fan's dream come true – every complete UK PANINI sticker album 1978-1985 reproduced together for the very first time."

Bring it On!

I might probably give it a miss as I have all the albums anyway, having said that , it's about time that Panini released something like this for collectors who don't already have them all.

Will definitely be getting this. £35 is not bad for such a large book. I presume a volume 2 from 86 until Panini lost the rights will follow at some point.

I completed all versions as well. Sadly, today I only have 78,79,83.
The rest me mam chucked(along with Melody Maker, NME & Sounds music mags I used to buy) without telling me while I was away at Uni for 2 years. She was "cleaning your room" apparently.
The price quoted £35 is very good and I'd defo get a copy to make up for the lost ones.

Just a quick note to confirm that the second volume of the Panini UK collections 1986-1993 is projected for release in 2023.

Not good is it? There is someone who feels my pain. :)
I enjoyed her cooking all the time but throwing my collection in the rubbish is wrong. ;)
Yeah, can relate to it too, almost my older albums were suddendly gone after moving into a new house, more than 20 years ago... My mom swears she would never throw away those albums and at the time, I had a very "unreliable" stepdad... Oh well, nothing I can do.

And to stay on topic, about the thread itself, I can say, very firmly, with all my heart, that I have zero interest in the book :D

Imagine if we "accidently" threw their fave knife or pot or filled them up with stickers/cards and hid it under our beds!!!
These books are going to be sold for us Brits who collected it way back then, it's understandable that you and others from ROW are not interested.

I agree. I wouldn't be interested in an Italian or French compilation of league albums, so this is most definitely of UK buyers interest. Really looking forward to it.

Maybe an FKS one next? Would love to know who owns the copyright!

FKS would be nice or even Panini Euro football from the mid 70's.

A slight deviation from the thread but this is my most favourite video ever on one of the finest UK albums ever (Football 84):

Not only is it a superb presentation by a fantastic collector but I sent the stickers and get mentioned! It's a pity I couldn't get a better sticker of the Forest player.

Just love this video, this is true collecting at it's very best!
