Wow! that's great news, for the first time a sticker album of the Tour de France.
As a cycling fan I'm really excited!

I wonder about the release date. The collection seems ready but the Tour de France is still far away. I would expect to be released just few weeks in advance.

Great news indeed, even if I'm afraid this collection would replace the "GIRO" collection.

On the other hand most cyclists are running both races, and the best ones only the TOUR, so after all this is a good opportunity to have the best possible sticker collection about cycling.

And it wouldn't be so unreasonable to have also a card collection, maybe one day

This serie is also released in Belgium.

Here we can find 2 different language editions: a Dutch and a French one.

In total I could spot 4 different albums:
Dutch language pay edition with barcode on the backcover
Dutch language edition from the starter pack without barcode on the backcover
French language pay edition with barcode on the backcover
French language edition from the starter pack without barcode on the backcover

Beside the languages, at least the page to order missing stickers is different (the inside of the backcover)

In the starterpacks I could find exactly the same packets as those released in France, also the cardholders are those from Panini France.

Common sense says they must send the card holder too... Common sense also says it's better to send a starter than just empty album... But that's me saying Panini will think as I do, which I don't think so :/

The card holder is not mentioned, but I agree that by common sense it should be included.

Card holder available how? If I buy album + box, they'll also send it? Not that I care much about that card holder, I prefer to place the cards in the usual 9-slot sheets... And can possible ask my relative in France to buy a starter, but still it's nice to guarantee everything.

Also, I checked quickly how is the album and does Panini Italy guarantee also you can buy the update set with 30 stickers? Because they say there in the album that will be only available in Panini France store or Panini Belgium.

My box arrived yesterday, you don't get the card holder. Not happy with amount of card doubles, first came in the sixth packet, onto 12 card doublers out of the first 35 opened, overall though I'm pleased with it but what do I know I've been away from collecting for 30odd years.

A wee update, after 50 packets there were 32 sticker doublers and 22 card doublers. Just opened another 10 packets, every card I already had so after 60 i have 28 cards and 32 doublers, eh? You can buy a max of 15 missing cards so I'm going to fall way short of that.

EDIT-oops sorry I though there were 80 cards but there's only 42, even though with 28 out of 42 I should expect to get at this time 1 new card out of 3 opened.
