Not much to say as nothing is known other than what the images say. Hopefully with this collection coming out during/after the World Cup there will be full and updated squads. Although judging from the Prizm card collection it could only be a few select players?? Who knows..

Very intrigued by this. I suspect it will be action shots rather than head and shoulders so that will be nice. Plenty of silly colours and versions no doubt. Squads should be fully up to date, I imagine quality wise it will be like the Chrome stickers from UCL being thicker.

The thing is if the stickers go in an album then the thick paper quality is irrelevant. If the stickers do not have an album then they’re pretty much cards.

Well as I said, the advert says stickers, not cards, so I'm presuming an album will accompany it. I'm hoping it might reflect the actual tournament in a similar way to the Panini Instant card series.

You have more faith in them than I do mate! Prizm is a hobby brand and hobby sets don’t ordinarily have binders, but who knows with this being stickers instead of cards. It’s a pretty fundamental thing for a sticker collection to have an album to stick them into, but when do Panini (or Topps) apply logic? If there is an album it’s surely hardcover only, which I would be very happy with.

I think you’re dead right about it being instant style and based on the actual tournament. It would explain the release date perfectly but it might be too sensible an idea!

I'm assuming that these Prizm stickers will be more expensive than the regular collection, correct ? If so,how much do you guys think they'll cost compared with the regular stickers ?

I wonder if they are just going to make the exact same card prizm collection into stickers. That would mean the players wouldn't be updated as the card collection also has players that didn't go to the World Cup. Some stickers might have autos too! Has there been such a thing before? If they include inserts and the legendary players I wonder how an album would work for this collection as some inserts are really hard to get. It would make it really hard to complete an album. I'm assuming the price is going to be nuts since they are advertising the collection as "ultra-premium".

I would be surprised if it was a like for like collection but just in sticker format. There has to be a difference otherwise I can't imagine that selling the way they obviously want it to.

Autograph stickers is a terrifying thought, let's hope there is nothing like that. Even inserts won't work in my opinion. Imagine a sticker that is 1 per case or 1 per 4 cases etc, especially if there actually is an album and a space for it. That just won't work in my mind but maybe it does in others. I would expect this to be a normal sticker collection on "premium" paper but with lots and lots of multicoloured versions and parallels.

The price is obviously going to be higher than normal stickers but there is a limit to what normal people will pay for a sticker collection. If this is something I can collect an ordinary set of then I will, but if we start getting into the realms of proper hobby territory then I'll skip this apart from the England team.

I'm super intrigued to see the design though.

I don’t understand the marketing with this. Not even a photo to get excited about and the tournament ends at the weekend.

They must be relying on scalpers in the US chasing the Messi & Ronaldo stickers that you will definitely find if you just buy enough.

Not sure what Panini are doing at the moment - they have just released two separate EFL card sets long after the season ended, a set of "Road to the World Cup" cards featuring teams and players who were not even in the tournament and these stickers.

I think they are losing the plot along with everything else.

Has anyone seen the checklist for Topps new PL cards ?

No goalkeepers or Club Crests and the collection is already out of date and features lots of "rookies" who will never play in the first teams for their clubs.

It's also really expensive (about 35p a card) and is riddled with parallels of every colour as last year's set was.
