Panini Migros Supermarket Super Stars Album - Turkey ( cards & stickers)

You have noticed these panini "Family" super market albums coming out. There is the Etre Bleus album in France, Swiss Super Stars album in Switzerland , I dont know what else.

In Turkey a similar album came out in june 1 in Migros supermarkets, but this one is a little different. The big surprise is this an album for both cards and stickers. The only other panini album i know that has this characteristic is the Italian TEX album, where you have clear embedded pages to place your cards. My guess is this will be similar to the previous Migros album around march , which was only for cards with small cuts in the pages to slide the corners of the cards, similar to old photo albums. That album was from topps and about the hateful Star wars. It was very unusual, a sticker type album but for cards. (nothing to do with a plastic adrenalyn type album)

Carrefour is nowhere near Migros in competition in Turkey, so its 1 pack for 30TL shopping in Migros.

1 pack includes 3 cards, 1 sticker, 1 scratch and win card and 1 coupon. I dont know what we are couponing for and what we are scratching to win yet.

Unlike France or Switzerland, Its not about the national super stars but international super stars. My guess is Turkish stars are not super enough.

I will try to give more information as i find out.

I have more information about this album and its much more exciting then i initially thought.

It turns out that the "coupon" is another sticker that you have to stick on a special sheet. when you complete 10 of these stickers on that sheet you return it to the super market and you get your free album.

on the lower part of the photo below you see the 3 cards , upper middle is the sticker, upper left is the coupon and the upper right is the scratch card.

The "scratch" card is actually a game card thats played by scratching little circles on the card. You see on the card red arrows and yellow arrows. You throw a coin and decide who starts first. Say the winner starts with the yellow arrows. You scratch one of the circles pointed by the 4 yellow arrows. One of them has the picture of a football and the other 3 red flags. If you find the ball you have the right to continue. If you get a red flag its the other player's turn to start scratching starting with the 4 red arrows. You can scratch by choosing forward , across, left or right circles every time. The game goes like this by finding the football pictures until you reach the goal. Whoever scratches first the circle in the goal that says "gol" wins. A very nice little game.

Apparently the super market does not have the album yet. The highest number seen in the cards so far is 63..

the stickers are the turkish players only.

and the cards seem to be players in europe only.

Similar super market series are popping up . Here is the Hungarian and Polish series :

http://cartophilic-info-exch.blogspot.fr/2016/06/panini-poland-panini-superstars-tesco.html

These seem to be just card series, with exactly same design. No stickers, no coupon, no game. Same card has a green border in Hungary, a white border in Poland and yellow in Turkey.

I dont know why they decided to do differently in Turkey, I'm glad they did.

In these series europe is made of only 6 countries; England, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Germany and France.
There must be some serious licensing problems.
No players from Italy?
No G. Bale?

Several Links from Alan are already given earlier in this topic about these cards.

All these sets seem the same. Same card, same player. Only the borders of the cards differ in different countries. In addition to Hungarian green, Polish White and Turkish yellow, we have Czech red and Slovakian blue.

The Turkish set is the one with a lot of differences, and some doesnt make sense. Personally i like that the Turkish album is not just cards but also stickers, coupon collecting is ok, and i really like the game card.

But the card section is not identical to others, who knows why. Its again first the national team and the "Internationals" afterwards. But unlike the other countries where you have cards numbered 1-15 as the national team, Turkish national team is 1-18. Its 3 additional cards and the set is 63 cards, not 60 like all the others. Still the International players are 45 cards like others. Again just 6 countries. But the players are on different numbers and there are a few that the others dont have. For example Turkish set has Patrice Evra and A. Rüdiger where the other sets dont...and 1st international is Rui Patricio, in all other sets 1st is Hugo Lloris...etc. ( In all sets first 6 Internationals are goal keepers)

There is also the Swiss album that came out earlier. Its Swiss superstars, with similar emblem on the cover. Only stickers, and its hard cover of course.

Some pictures of the album. The cover and several pages.

The album is hard cover but in binder format. There are individual pages that are held by fixed plastic "rings" which you can see in second photo. The first page is introduction and places for the first 2 stickers. Following 4 pages have places for 4 stickers each so we get done with the 18 stickers in 5 pages. The following pages have explanations about the International Stars. Between every 2 pages we have a clear 9 pocket mylar sheet for the cards.

Inner side of the back hard cover is a pictorial check list.

and here is the missing players from the card list given previously by omeroguz :

27 Sergio Ramos
42 Lassana Diarra
45 Axel Witsel
61 Wayne Rooney
