Panini Italia 90 is probably first Panini WC collection that was released over the world with many

different editions. We have found editions in 3 continents (Europa, America and Asia). First time

that we can see comercials in back cover, specially in Europe and America.

Like other WC collections there are some editions with different stickers (shinny or not badges) o

poster in central pages (Swedish, Singapore, Mexican, Colombian editions) for example. You can

share your treasure with next comments.

Some history about Italia 90:
  • Mascot: Ciao

Here is some back covers of Kellogg's Stickers. Unfortunatly, I never found a complete checklist, thus it is possible they are numbered from A to R (18 stickers).

It could be interesting to have more details for some editions with main differences (not just the front and back covers).
I mean the ones like the colombian, chilean, yugoslav, brasilian ones, ... which have different stickers (at least with a different design), different pages (central posters), etc.

Brazilian edition variations

This edition has different stickers from the international one on the first pages : world cups trophees, former winners stickers and funny comics stickers representing a young footballer :

The badges are not shiny and the players stickers have smart design differences (number instead of the WC logo on the upper right corner)

The sticker 198 is different (Mozer in the brazilian edition / Aldair in the international edition)

There is a set of stickers with no logo on the front side (exactly like for the Kellogg's ones) with a back side which has the "Italia 90" mention using a different font.
I found 15 of them but I have no idea where they come from and how many of them exist (HELP !)

Here you can see the front and back differences with a regular sticker

The only sticker I'm sure of is Jan Ceulemans but I don't know which letter it has.
In this picture, the Kellogg's packet on the bottom seems to have a 380 sticker, which is Ruben Sosa from Uruguay... But I'm not 100% sure and the letter is not visible, so other opinions are needed :)

Also, this one... Seems to have a Bryan Robson sticker, but I don't know if it's really a Kellogg's sticker... Do you know if Kellogg's packet only had those exclusive stickers?

@dantzig Wow !! What an investigation ! I love and I am pleased to see Panini collectors can be so accurate !!
So the sticker N° 380 is for sure a Kellogg's sticker. The letter can only be D, J or L. So it seems to be the J.
I agree : It is certainly Bryan Robson and this is a Kellogg's sticker for sure.
So we have probably the 3 stickers left : Robson, Ceulemans, Sosa. If there are only 18 stickers in this set.
To be continued...

Thanks for sharing nice photos, but could you guys please upload as much info under one post, as if we had 2000 posts in a topic it would be difficult to follow for future members.
