Panini International Website "not shipping"

Hello collectors, don't know if any of you have realized the latest update on Panini International Website, where it seems that now they won't ship to wide selection of countries that they use to, such as Portugal, Italy, UK, Germany, etc. Well I found it because I'm missing the last stickers for "Road to WC 2022" and this is the list of "shippable" (don't even know if that's a word) countries:

My question is: does anyone knows if this is bug, or is it panini updating their website?

I visited Panini International for the same reason and saw it a few days ago, very bad! As the collection started here a few days ago I hope that Panini.ch will sell them too and if so you can contact me if you still need.

Yep,same here I can't order from the international website anymore either, and I think it's because Romania/Portugal/Germany etc have their versions of the panini website.Whereas Bulgaria,Serbia,Moldova,Bosnia,Czechia,Cyprus etc do not have their own website so they can order from there. And it's really irritating me!!:mad:

As per the above posts, I've just been looking at the Panini International website to purchase a complete collection, and they don't even ship to the UK any more.

Being in the UK, I can't even purchase a completed Premier League collection!! A league in my own country!!!
(I already have several completed Premier League collections, so i just thought I would see if it were possible)

This is disappointing.

Furthermore did you have a look at the shipping prices?

"All orders are shipped by express courier and costs are as follows:

  • 15,00 € for amounts up to 50,00 €
  • 25,00 € for amounts from 50,01 € to 150,00 €
  • 50,00 € for amounts over 150,00 €"

This is just as bad as when they doubled their prices a year or so ago.

I was confused about this thing myself. I wanted to order some stickers for the EURO 2020 that I was missing. We had in my country the blue version the international one and they don't ship those in Macedonia only the orange ones it doesn't make sence. I wrote them several times about this and they replied just try again. They did not think this thing trough about the countries. At the end I purchased them on ebay.

Panini should learn from Topps and start shipping to the whole world and not restrict collectors from using their sites.
Having too many divisions all over Europe is useless. Why do we have to go to Ebay or Amazon to pay triple the price.
Make One main Panini site where everyone can order from while adjusting the shipping rates based on the country.
I can order from Topps UK, Germany & France with no problem so why can't I order from Panini Int'l or UK or Germany!!!

This is the problem: with this sales system, Panini collects much less than it could, and instead gets the usual unscrupulous sellers to do good deals.
A few years ago you got reasonable prices on Ebay, too. I used to sell many singles when things were normal, you needed an Mbappé, no problem, a Messi, Ronaldo or Neymar, no problem. But then the hunter came and things became very bad, they just wanted a few stickers and if possible many times, the whole shit began. 'Friends' suddenly ordered only rookie stickers or Cristiano and Messi of course, oh and the WC 18 Swiss Gold Mbappé is very nice too.. And a real collector friend from Italy had to pay 40£ for this (fucking!) sticker as I couldn't help him and on Panini it was sold out, that was very sad! Conclusion, I begun to sell or give stickers only to persons I really trust, and now we are a little group of 7 collectors (from which 3 are sellers) from Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Colombia, Brazil and Switzerland and everybody tries to help each other. I can just recommend you to do something similar.
If you need some stickers you can contact me, I think most of the members here are collectors but nevertheless I want to add that I delete not logical requests.

This is just sad, I can't even describe how sad I am with this hobby in general and Panini in particular... for some months, I believe the rookie madness, the constant greedy search for the best players, has finally taken it's toll on me... More than 11 years fully committed on this hobby just to see this amazing world collapsing in just a year... stupid pandemic that also made americans searching for other hobbies to ruin, their capitalistic vein surpasses any values we endeared, infecting and rotting easily what's been built by true collectors.

And whenever I see some "light" in this hobby, like a different collection with neat ideas or friends still swapping as usual, there comes something stupid to shut that light... Panini is surely out of touch, they can upgrade their websites to look so fancy, they can still make some collections look awesome like Premier League or 365, but they still didn't adapt to what the world is now... and not only that, they even regress in things like this.

@Canal Cromo can't order now stickers for his RTWC set, because Panini didn't even bother to check if, by removing the countries with Panini websites, collectors can still order from them (and in this case, we can't as Panini Portugal don't have the set)... and this below is so true:

This whole thing is so dumb,it's like we want to give them money but they won't let us!!!
So many people striving for their business to work, to reach more and more and right in our hobby, the supposed best stickers/card publisher is shutting every door... are they thinking this is the way to fight the best players and rookie madness? If it is, they are even more out of touch from the reality than I ever thought!

Anyway, for me, I'll keep watching... my motivation is low and I don't even have more fun searching good deals as before... how long it's been since I ordered something from ebay? Even missing stickers from Panini itself to finish my sets? Believe me, I'm realizing this right now and it's so sad :(

I feel your pain 100% Carlos. The bit highlighted is a massive contributor to the demise of our hobby. I have said it many times before. Everything they touch they ruin. I say that with no shame.

It's a different way of life there... in a european POV, it's strange how everything there is valid to earn money, no matter if you're stepping or even destroying others... competition yes, strive to be more and better, but not at all cost... and to me, this new way of "collecting" is making money at all costs while slowly destroying a hobby that I can just imagine that kids in the future will wonder "wait gramps, you actually collected almost 700 stickers? Why? Wasn't it boring to collect so much? Swaps? Like when you trade a memorabilia card you don't want for other you want of same or higher value? No, just swapping for fun and helping others? Well, maybe I could try, but everything now revolves around big players or rookies."

Nonetheless, this new type of "american collecting" is among us and I said so many times that Panini needed to adapt for that market... one example: people demand more Haalands and Mbappés? Why give them that, there's not a single collection made by Panini where certain stickers are printed more than others... how come no decision maker there in Panini EVER considered to select those stickers to be the ones printed more? Why they just make it random so we all have some players no one bothers to collect? Oops, sorry, I forgot, the money is already in their hands.

Just like Arthur said, Topps has adapted so much better to this... besides making constantly new sets for every single thing now, they allow everyone to buy from them, from anywhere... delivery costs are expensive? They are late in sending orders? Their customer service is a mess? Right! But they are still allowing us to buy! Just let me at least TRY to keep my passion, let me order what I still need to finally finish that collection!

Oh well, got a little emotional here... good to startle me from this numbness I got these past months :)

its how it has evolved...many people are "collecting" individual stickers instead of sets....i'm not sure if you can call them collectors....they obviously want to flip it for high price...i laugh whenever i see on fb or ebay dusan valhovic rookie sticker selling at ridiculous price....what pains me is they obviously bought them from panini website at very cheap price.....

Hello everyone,

I have asked Panini about "why don't they deliver from international site to some countries anymore" and here is the reply I have received. Maybe someone can understand what they tried to tell me because it obviously doesn't make much sense (since the various panini sites don't sell the exact same products, for example the Pearl edition Hardcover pack from Euro wasn't available locally, but could be ordered from international site).

My best guess for what this answer was aiming is that they 100% think the local websites cover EVERYTHING, which is absolutely false as we've seen before... and it's sad to see that they are not even aware of this.

And that Geoblocking thing? Ist Topps not complying then? Because they allow everyone to buy in their local websites.

there is no logic to how the products are selling on their different websites....and its kinda silly to sabotage your own business/sale by preventing customers from buying your product because they are not at the "right" site...they could simply link everything at the back end so its seamless to the customer....in other words customers should be able to buy any products available...only difference being they may be shipped from different places and shipping cost vary...

It's put me off collecting albums from further afield now and actually left me disappointed they cut us off from spending money with them

There's no point collecting albums like ESTE anymore as they cannot be completed without the missing stickers service. I managed to get my order in just before they stopped us here finishing albums but I won't bother collecting it again

Calciatori is just too nice not to collect, but I think that might be it going forward for collections outside of the UK

Real shame Panini, if your sales plummet make sure you take a look at yourselves first and ask why you annoyed your loyal customers. We won't return like we did before if we can't trust you to allow us to finish collections with ease.

I feel your pain Rob. I can't order any Calciatori singles to finish my last 3 albums because of their stupid uptight sanctions to some countires.
For Panini it's not the singles that make their profit. It's the boxes, tins, starter packs and the new releases like Donrrus, Score and Prizm. It's becoming very Americanised, sadly.
