Here is a review of different editions and extra stickers for the Panini Euro 2008 album. As I'm not collecting packets, I leave another one to review them. I will also add in this thread the mini albums Panini released or co-branded during this competition.

Extra Stickers
* Brazil
8 special stickers (B1 to B8) representing official Adidas balls from 1984 to 2008 are added to the brazilian edition album.

* Switzerland
Euro 2008 album is the first to have a special edition for the swiss market : it will then become a real tradition. A central poster and 20 stickers (P1 to P20) reprensenting swiss players in action are added to this album edition.

Nestlé released 24 stickers similar to regular edition but with no number on the back.


If you look more neatly, 4 stickers are in fact different :

* Miguel Veloso (left Nestlé - right regular Panini)

* Clarence Seedorf in action (left Nestlé - right regular Panini)

* Lukas Podolski in action (left Nestlé - right regular Panini)

South american glossy stickers variation
In some south american countries wich remains to know how many, the stickers manufactured there (probably in Brazil) are thicker and glossier than the international ones (manufactured in Italy). The stickers' fronts are shiny like photographs.

MINI ALBUMS
Some "mini albums" were edited by Panini alone or co-branded
* Super Stars mini stickers folder (36 stickers)
This folded poster and the stickers were available in confectionery or snack products and edited in Spain (Bollycaos) and Romania (Cheerios)

* Road to Euro Mc Donald's 4 mini albums (64 stickers + 4 cards)
4 mini albums were edited by Mc Donald and Panini in Spain, Germany, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
Each mini album have 16 stickers representing players in action. There is one album for defensors (album B), one for midfielder (Album C), one for strickers (Album A) and one for key players (Album D).

The french edition has 4 extra cards (to glue in the first page) reprensenting Thierry Henry

The Italian edition has the 4 Henry's pictures printed in the second page

The other editions has no Henry's pictures or cards

* German Mc Donald's mini album (80 stickers)
Panini Germany released a mini album with 80 stickers entirely dedicated to the german team.

* Mini stickers collection album (Green edition - 190 stickers)

* Mini stickers collection album (Bue italian edition - 190 stickers)
This italian edition has the same amount of stickers (190) but have differences :
- Italian stickers were added so other stickers disappeared
- The names of the nations on the stickers and pages are in italian (in the country language for the green edition)

* UK Mc Donald's Set (albums and Posters + 64 sticker + special stickers sheet)
Mc Donald's released in UK 2 albums, 2 posters, 64 stickers (28 red frame, 19 blue frame, 11 purple frame, 6 yellow frame) and a stickers sheet with flags and the cup trophee. Stickers can be stuck a bit as you please on albums and posters. The special stickers sheet with flag is for the tournament tracker poster.

* Jugon Poster
The spanish magazine from Panini, Jugon, released a poster of the spanish team that won the Euro 2008 tournament. It's look like stickers but the whole stuff is printed.
