Does anyone have ever seen these stickers from Euro 2004 with blue backs? More info about it?

A collector opened a box and it seems to be only the badges that has a blue colour and the normal stickers have black back.

Never seen this before.

This was also new for me. But it seems these type of stickers with blue back were pulled out from regular packs distributed in Serbia coming from the first release, later also there only black backs where available. Still a mystery but at least we can say that the badge of Greece is different at the frontside too.
