Since I usually order some dozen stickers/cards each time, I get them everytime inside a Panini small yellow box... but before yeah, some arrived damaged.

Missing stickers were worst in the past, now it's actually rare for me to miss something... depends also on the employee handling your order, sometimes you can even get lucky with doubles or triples from something rare (once I got a rare shiny five times)

Still, Panini always sends what they missed... actually, my last time, tracking order marked as delivered and I received nothing, but Panini believed me and sent again my order (tbf, I'm a good client, ordering once every two months in average).

It's an interesting one as the manufacturer's of our hobby can be hit and miss regarding packaging.

The new plastic cases for the complete sets are exceptional, but sometimes the missing stickers service can be disappointing if they are simply put in an envelope. I like Panini's better protective yellow box as it's quite handy too.

If there's one wish (apart from getting back to football stadiums... of course!) I would like to see the missing stickers service resumed for all collections so all collectors can get them with ease. It may help ease the silliness of rookie stickers too.

Recently I bought ESTE 19/20 missing stickers direct from the international site, but I need to get a few more for a spare set and I notice the service has disappeared and can only be found on Panini Spain for delivery to Andorra or Spain! Grrrr! If anybody can correct me I'd be very pleased to hear back of course!

Unfortunately, the quality of the processing of the orders has clearly decreased, while Panini was not too bad to raise the prices at the same time.

It is understandable that due to all the speculators Panini has to cope with a significantly higher order volume than before, but what comes out of it is no longer nice!

Stickers and cards are confused between the different editions (e.g. FIFA 365 2020 with 442 and 448 stickers in total), many articles are missing in the shipments and many arrive with significant damage despite the yellow box.

So far, Panini has processed my complaints about faulty shipments without any problems and sometimes even sent 1 new sticker by express (which I think is exaggerated).

But now they are starting to exhaust the whole thing. They request that the incorrectly delivered orders be returned to Italy at your own expense so that they can be verified. Questions about the process are not answered, they try to sit it out.

Really unpleasant development!

It is time for Panini to discontinue its territorial thinking and offer a re-order service for the whole of Europe, which then also includes all collections.

As long as they have no problem with selling the Spanish ESTE stickers in the German online shop, they should offer the same service to everyone who shop there from all over Europe as for the Spanish collectors.

Hi ole, exactly how i feel.
My last order was shipped in a bubble envelope. 9 of 17 Stickers were damaged.

I claimed them as damaged at panini online. After some days i got the answer, i have to sent the whole order, yes the whole order including the not damaged stickers, back so they can send me new ones. WTF is happening here?
I also made pictures of the damaged stickers, so they can be sure, that i dont make any fraude.

Panini is not learning from the developement of the sticker´behavior.
But i will. From now on, everytime something is not correct with my panini order i will raise a paypal case. Its their own fault.

@Ole @levivo now that's a new one, Panini have never done that... they are opening a dangerous case by doubting the customer honesty.

Panini Germany is grabbing whatever they can, probably because customers asked for it. But missing stickers orders worldwide were a mess since they started in 18/19, some stickers became sold out much faster than they should, like João Felix... Call me selfish, but if anyone should take advantage of this rookie situation, it should be the natives.

Sure would be nice to have everything available, but without proper rules, it will only lead to collections being incomplete quite fast.

Panini buys time with it. I think they know pretty well that by the time they answer the complaint for the first time, the part of the order that was OK has already been stuck in the album or sorted into the folder. It is often impossible to return the entire order and it is necessary to contact customer service again to clarify the further process. They then do not reply to these emails ... Probably the hope that some will then say that it is too much effort to keep asking because of the few cents. Quite apart from that, I think it is absurd that the buyer should pay for the return to Italy, although the fault is with Panini (and in my case it is even documented by video of the unpacking).

A company like Panini should be able to implement such rules very easily if they wanted to. As for online games, you could put codes in the albums and packs that would allow you to reorder a certain amount of stickers and cards from the respective collection. So everyone could reorder based on the amount they buy.
