No more Euro products on Panini websites?

Has anyone noticed that everything related to Euro (stickers, complete collections, cards etc) is gone from Panini's websites ? Would be very sad if they stopped selling Euro stuff :(

As they lost the UEFA business to Topps, they are just closing those section imo.

Yes, it's surely the reason but never thought it would influence Panini past licenses... besides, Topps already has the license since mid-2022 when they released the UNL sets, so why just now in 2023? Perhaps a transition period for Panini?

Wow, that's a surprise and a bit of a contradiction as Panini still have some Champions League stickers and complete collections available on their various sites in Europe and their international site.......

So very true... maybe this Euro license from Topps states no other publisher can officially sell Euro products, no matter how old it is? Sounds stupid though.

Or perhaps resentment from losing one of their oldest licenses that they clearly took it for granted forever? Would be such a dick move from Panini to collectors but I've seen pettier motives from supposed top companies.

Thats really surprising. I think the Former Euro collections (complete &Missing Stickers) would still generate some Euros which are not to ignore.

I was waiting for the complete Set of women Euro 22 to release on their Page... should i burry my Hope? What do you guys think?

Hope is the last to die, as people say... but you should find alternatives for that while it's still cheap, usually Women albums get more valuable later so don't miss that out.

What makes more sad now is what will happen with the Euro stock... Will Panini destroy everything? Keep it for a possible license comeback in 10 years? What a waste Panini, at least you could have warned collectors and made some wholesale prices for sealed products, I would gladly have bought some.

This move does worry me as it doesn't make sense as to why Panini have really done this? For as long as their logo is on the product, and was on the product when they had the license then it shouldn't matter surely? They could only have removed them in advance of maybe future legal licensing issues that may happen in the future should they keep the products on their site.

One thing is for certain is that now they are "unavailable" at the moment, it will only push prices even higher for sellers and collectors once word gets out. If it was hard enough to get hold of a certain sticker or album already due to cost, then it's going to be even harder now! Collectors are going to be effectively priced out of the market.

So if Panini aren't planning a revamp and they are longer selling Euro products, then now would be a good idea to get what you can online before everything becomes a "limited editiion".

Maybe we are jumping the gun early here.
Could it be Panini has "technical" issues with their site and some products had to be removed?
Either or it is a very strange decision from Panini.

I wish Panini warned us before removing everything.Like say,in june "Hey everyone,in january 2023 everything regarding Euro collectibles will be removed from the site,if you want to buy anything you have time until then" But nope

Feedback from Panini:
..
Unfortunately, we are no longer allowed to sell UEFA Euro items because we no longer have the license
..

They didn't answer me to the question about the stock they have so I suppose that they will leave in a warehouse until they get the license again (I seriously doubt that this will happen)

Hi Claudio, thank you for asking panini swiss. i am still waiting for the answer from germany but thanks to you we all know the reason now.
In my opinion its really sad but on the other hand very typical for paninis customer service.

One strange thing: Paninishop in germany is still selling euro women 2022.

i was looking for the factory sealed complete album -_- it seems i can burry my hope...i am very angry...

panini is not even offering missing stikcers for the new women collection eventhough its not that old.

Yet they can still sell Champions League albums from when they had the licence???
True, the UEFA Euro licence seems to be different to the UEFA Champions League. I dare not imagine what will happen if Panini loses the FIFA licenses.

This is why publishers still lack a lot in their communication... it's like they are too proud to even announce that they lost the license, let alone warning customers that they would stop selling Euro products... Complete disrespectful to so many loyal customers.

Still hard to believe that is the real reason, but they have indeed stopped selling right when after the year changed... I have the urge now to send a message to UEFA itself, because this supposed restriction does not affect them or Topps in any way.

Yeah, Panini didn't completely remove everything, Panini France still seems to sell on Amazon too.

I think Panini is not selling only in their official websites... other sites that are clearly supported by Panini are still selling though and I hope that at least still continues.

I'm glad I still got some Euro 2022 extra stuff from Panini France in the past month but will keep it sealed now.
