Just looking at the new @OfficialPanini website, and I see that it's now the same as some of the mainland Europe sites.

Nop, it's the same as before, they only post to the islands or Gibraltar... but because of Brexit, they do have a special attention to products coming from Italy, which at least show they want customers to know about possible fees.
