Hello,
It is a Mexican Edition packet, sponsorised by a company of Ice Scream named "Holanda". Also the Mexican Album is sponsorised by Holanda, the front is totally different from the regular album, showing a mexican player in action and the back promoting ice scream. Stickers also have a different back from the other countries.
Nice catch, if you have one in spare let me know, I Don't have it in my collection
