Great collections @Jamiepr74

What’s your favourite album that you own? I’m guessing it is... Panini football 85 (UK) We’re almost the same age and that was my first ever Panini football collection!

What’s next on your list to collect?

Well you were only one year out.....it's Panini Football 86 mainly because that was the first one that I had ever completed properly and sent off for my list of missing stickers, and I remember that the last sticker I stuck in was Danny Wallace for Southampton.....

Oh and when I was 5, my step dad bought a whole box of Ava Americana 78 stickers for me and would only let me open one or two packets at a time a week to keep me excited. And that excitement will never leave me even 40 years on!!

I do really like the 84 & 85 editions a lot as they have photos of the team's grounds, from the outside in 84, and panoramic in 85. They were the first time that I had seen all of the grounds, other than TV.

I don't know what is next on my list to be honest, I guess whatever is released. As much as I dislike Topps, I will keep on collecting the Premier League, Bundesliga and Champions League albums. I have been after Panini's Danger Mouse and The A-Team from the 80's for a while as they remind me so much of my childhood!!

Phew, so close in my guess @Jamiepr74 and the albums you mention (84-86) are possibly the best ones I’ve seen! Oh how we’d love quality albums like that period again here in the UK...

Yeah I love those panoramic stadium views too and I used to try and replicate some of the stands with LEGO bricks to sit round my subutteo pitch! Generally I was one brick short but it never stopped me trying again and again and again!
