Issue with a polish online shop

Hello Guys,

I am disappointed. I sent 12 Ferencvaros Limited cards to Makscollection for 12 Legia cards at 08.03. He received mine after 3-4 days and has already been selling the Ferencvaros LEs in his webshop, but he didn't sent the Legias, no information, and doesn't answer any of my e-mails.

I previously thought it could happen with only a young cheater kid, not a serious seller.

I dunno what to do, has anyone of you have information of him? Polish guys?

It would be very bad for her reputation if she didn't keep the deal... Two weeks is not that late, but not answering the emails is not polite (then again, polish sellers are known for their awful english skills).

Try to send a email to Alan Jenkins, the one responsible for Cartophilic website... He usually gets lots of info from Makscollection for the latest collections, so perhaps if you ask him, he can send a message to them and get an answer.

Thank you. I will try. But I don't think he is a lady. Only use his mother/girlfriend name and address. His English is poor (maybe poorer than mine), but if he want a good/fair business he will ask someone to translate or use Google Translate. He always answered in English though.

Just sayin' that polish sellers have a hard time answering in english, though I admit it's not a reason for not answering now, after you negotiated the swap before in english too... Actually, there's no reason at all for his/her behavior, so I completely understand your frustration... Hopefully it's just a misunderstanding or a late sending (maybe he just sent after he received) and you'll get the cards.

On the other hand, it looks like to me that our postal services... let's say... stutter a bit nowadays. I just hope that the delay of Magyar Posta is the cause of the situation. One can read more and more articles onlack of workforce. Hope you get the cards soon!! :)

Makscollection are big thieves. I have said that on here many times. Every order I did with them was missing something. Either from E-bay or their own shop. The last order I did from e-bay I gave them negative feedback and got a full refund from pay pal.

They are by far the worst online seller I had the displeasure of dealing with.

THIEVES is an understatement, they are more than that. Parasites is more like it.

@robcacti did you ask them to send registered/tracked mail or just regular? Good luck.

Now that @LFC1892 "revived" this... @robcacti have you received the cards or not?

Arthur, what happened for you to give them negative feedback on ebay?
If I remember correctly, my ordered was small. It was a starter pack and 2 LE cards. They sent me 1 LE card which was the wrong one and the other one not even in the package. Of course they apologised but damage was already done as I had enough of them making mistakes(on purpose I believe) and sending missing items. I left the negative right away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt more than 4 times but enough was enough. I hardly leave negative unless it's absolutely necessary.
