I read that starting from 1 January 2026, it is forbidden to send any goods in registred mails.
Stickers are counted as goods.
Can anyone give any advices regarding how else I can send mail internationally with a tracking number?
So i will have evidence for other collector that I sent my mail.

You mean in small letters? Here you need to declare them as goods indeed, but you pay more for it and it's done... More than 100g is already considered a package, so it's always considered goods too.

If its not so many stickers, for example 20 stickers, I guess you don't need to declare the letter.
I sometimes get the question of its only paper inside the letter, and when I say yes ints no problem.

That is from Sweden :)

I mean, before I have a small mail with a tracking number within EU without any declarations.
Outside EU I have a small packet with a declaration, and it's still ok.
But within EU now it's forbidden to send goods.

It's been getting progressively more difficult to send anything anywhere in recent years,

I don't send stuff to the USA any more for example.

Oh, it's news from the portuguese postal services here (which after being privatized, have been soooooo great to close stores and raise prices every year)... "Correio Registado" is basically what everyone uses to send something tracked and with a base insurance, because Azul (priority) is a bit cheaper, but does not have insurance and Encomendas (the big ones) are incredibly expensive (like 1kg costs around 30€ minimum).

It's amazing how UPU is also destroying the very basic system of mail delivering, making it much harder to send something without paying outrageous prices.

Here it's not possible to send anything to USA, unless there's some private courier that can do it but even before these Trump tariffs (which was the reason to not allow sending to US anymore), the US customs were very strict on goods and so many people here had problems with them.

I give this article only as example. Because I remember that you are from Portugal.
You can search it by yourself, there is planty article on different languages from different EU post operators.
