How to remove spots from the front of Panini UCL 2011/12 stickers

Hello,
I opened recently a box of Panini UCL 2011/12. Some of the stickers (those on top of the pack) have some spots, seemingly paint from the packaging.
Did anybody managed to clean them?
I tried using rubbing alcohol and dishwashing liquid, it did not work. (not on these stickers, on one that is less valuable

)
What I am saying, any suggestions welcome.

To be honest - I really don't think you are going to get them off. If you try anything chemical then all you are likely to do is damage the stickers.

Opening the box earlier would have been a better solution.

What is interesting, I din not encounter this problem with other series, just this one...
And what was odd, that players from like 5 teams were on that position in packs
