There are many songs about club, in Italy we have severals, some official, some semi-official. I start with a fantastic song from 1977 about BOLOGNA FC. Of course is in italian (some parts are in dialect) but I hope you enjoy anyway ;)

Next days I will post other songs about italian clubs, hope you enjoy and you'll do same! ;)

And the next team is... CSKA Sofia (of course) :p:D:)

The official anthem "Сърца червени/Red Hearts)" (written in the 80s):

The song of the artists that support the club "Сектор Г (На този стадион сме родени)/The North Stand (Born at this Stadium)" (written in the 90s):

The song of the ultras "Заедно/Together" (written in the 2000s)

P.S. My favorite anthems of other clubs: Litex Lovech

and Spartak Moscow

this song is very famous about INTER FC, with players as singers! you can recognize many champions like Zanetti, Crespo, Cambiasso, Stankovic, Materazzi, Julio Cesar etc

Best public in France : RC Lens (now in 2nd League). The song is a tribute to the coal miners from the north of France (Lens was in a big mining zone). People there is very proud of their working class roots.

From all the ones shared so far, I liked the Spartak one, seems a very professional video and music is nice... Inter is catchy too :)

From outside Portugal, the one I always remember are the english ones, because I spent years watching EPL every week, when Mourinho and Ronaldo where there... To start, the happy Man Utd and Chelsea songs:

Then the mellow, but beautiful Liverpool "You'll Never Walk Alone":

i love songs by Fenerbahce and Panathinaikos, very proud! So, there are many songs about SS NAPOLI, this is one from a famous singer from Naples, from 80's and great times with Maradona, hoping will be good for a great victory tomorrow against juventus .. :)

In England there is not many team anthems, its usually just bantering opposing fans - obviously everyone knows the Liverpool one "You'll Never Get A Job (Walk Alone)" however the club where I live has one which dates back to about 1910 something like, obviously some of the lyrics changed over the years:
Norwich - On The Ball City

...it doesn't help too much as the team are crap and lose every week.

@Andy you got 2 things right YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE is THE anthem in the UK and Norwich are proper shite.
its sad they only sing it at the start of the game and end (if they win which is not often) though nowadays... was quite surprised as they used to be very vocal in support when i went to the CL in 2005 but were pretty much silent during the 5-4 win at carra thanks to Vauxhall Conference class defender Russell Martin.

We never sang it during the games anyways. It's always in the begining and at the end.
There's "fields of Anfield road" that is always sang home and away and we got "poor scouser tommy" that is not used as much but for the derby matches.
If you look at English football nowadays we are not as vocal as it used to be when I was growing up in the 80's.
The singing and chanting was much more evident back then than now.
In todays game fans want to be entertained by the teams before they start backing them with support. Vice versa with teams.

Here are my "best songs"...

1. Camp Nou is not the best place for to listen good songs and great atmosphere but i want to show my group and sometimes i go there.

2. Celtic Park. Great. I enjoy every time when i go to visit my friends of Celtic Glasgow

3. San Mames. I recomend to everybody to visit Bilbao (great city now, very good food, nice people and i am sure the best supporters...)
