Fabric instead of shiny?

i opened a 2016 pack today to find a fabric Wales logo instead of it being shiny? Is this rare? I am willing to sell.

So you ask if it's rare, but then sell as you already know the answer? Why asking then? And like Burkina2008 wrote, it's not that rare at all, let alone "Super Rare".

Get your facts right before advertising something not according to it... Still thinking if I should leave this thread open.

I checked better the description and this one takes the prize for me: "This is a very VERY limited edition as it was misprinted by panini on fabric instead of shiny!"

It was a list just full of assumptions he wanted to be true... Misprinted, limited edition, very rare, all those things that call the buyers, mostly the naive ones.
