E-BAY seller warning

Fellas,

I just wanted to warn you about a Polish seller on E-bay. His username is andrzejm62.

Short story I bought 4 Blaster packs from him last week for 18$ each.

After the 10 LEs were known to be new ones he emailed me saying he will cancel because I had frozen the payment for 21 days which is BS of course. I was onto him like and knew the score.

He ended up cancelling the deal so he can sell them for higher price.

I gave him a negative feedback and exposed him on the Football Cards Forum after a finding out who he was from another collector. He is "oneofthebest" on that forum.

After I confronted him he sent me a PM on the other site and he offered to sell me the 4 blaster for 100$ or less. Suffice to say I told him to FUCK OFF!!!

Do not deal with this seller guys. He is dishonest and greedy.

Don't forget the last part you told me, Arthur... It is important to know he actually tried to resell the blasters to you for a higher price... Shameless.

I don't think it's possible to file a complaint on ebay about these situations, the best you can do is just leaving negative feedback, which you already did.

I just hope the idiot tried to cancel the other ones so he will get nailed with negatives which can lead to his account being closed.

PS: I have added the bit when he tried to re-sell the blasters to me.

Bellow You have my correspondence with paypal. Paypal block transaction higher then 100USD and I must wait for this money 21 days. This is not business for me.

Dziękujemy za skontaktowanie się z firmą PayPal w sprawie wcześniejszego zwolnienia tymczasowej blokady środków.

Pani Lucyno, abyśmy mogli sprawdzić czy możemy zwolnić tę przesyłkę, uprzejmie proszę o wysłanie w odpowiedzi na tego maila, numeru monitorowania danej przesyłki. Bez tego nie możemy zwolnić tymczasowej blokady przed upływem 21 dni. Od doręczenia przesyłki muszą minąć 3 dni.

Po sprawdzeniu tego numeru, jeśli przesyłka została dostarczona na adres podany w transakcji, będziemy w stanie zwolnić blokadę tych środków.

Jeśli towar nie został jeszcze wysłany, a chciałaby Pani zwrócić płatność, należy:
1. Przejść do strony www.paypal.pl i zalogować się do swojego konta.
2. Przejść do zakładki Działania u góry strony.
3. Kliknąć płatność, która ma być zwrócona. Zwrot pieniędzy jest możliwy tylko w przypadku transakcji zakończonej, oczekującej, nierozliczonej lub rozliczonej.
4. Wprowadzić kwotę zwrotu pieniędzy.
5. Kliknąć przycisk Kontynuuj.
6. Potwierdzić szczegóły zwrotu i kliknąć przycisk Dokonaj zwrotu pieniędzy.

Is he dumb or just playing dumb? Or both? Every seller need to go through this period in both american and british ebay websites, even I had to endure the last months with the 21 days thing in UK ebay, because I had a stupid UK negative from almost a year and without many UK transactions, my account was below standard (globally I'm top-rated)... If he doesn't accept it, then he shouldn't have sold there... No matter how much he complains or cries about waiting for the money, there are rules to be read and followed, like it or not... And those rules are very fair.

Besides, if he did he basic stuff like marking the items as shipped or adding a tracking number from known couriers (so ebay can trace it too), he would have waited not even half of the 21 days... But again, reading the rules must be too hard (and judging by his english, probably he wouldn't understand half).

Between 3 to 4€, prices until 100g (considering protections with cardboard and toploaders)... You can check prices here (where it says "Segmento Ocasional" and then "Âmbito Internacional")
