Curled pages

Hey everyone,

I find that sometimes when I put a sticker in one of the corners of the page, the page kinda curls up.

Is there something I can do to prevent this? Will it correct itself after being closed for awhile?

I do not quite understand what is the issue. Perhaps you can post a photo?
If it's just a minor curl, it should fix itself. Bigger damages require album to be pressed with a heavier object.

this might be a moisture problem maybe your hands sweat and when you are about to place the sticker the moisture from your hands curls the pages.

I'm not sure what else it can be

Yes, stick them better

Really, I'm not kidding... I don't know how you stick them, but many people just grab one corner and kinda "slap" them... Problem is, this way and some others will leave "air bubbles" between page and sticker and it makes the pages "curl", much more noticeable in the corners.

When I have to stick one that will be in the corner, I start by the larger margin opposite of the page corner and then straighten it with index finger it until reaching the other margin more close to the page edge... Like when compressing asphalt in a road.

I totally understand your point @DetroitStickers. I stick them well but sometimes those damn pages curl inside.
Personally, I press them with a heavier objects for one night or so, and then they stay ok.

This is probably the best advice on this. Just do not put something too heavy as it might damage the covers of the album. Something flat, but medium heavy, like 1-2kg weights (if you lift weights :) ) or something similar.

Though, its the best to post a photo and show us exactly what you mean, before doing anything. Not sure how damaged the pages are.

The only problem I seem to have with my album pages is that the books bulge after stickers on the front and back of every page triples the thickness of the pages.
